It was a super great experience, with lots of knowledge and great photo spots. I had the feeling that the tour took us to real “insider spots” and gave us a completely different insight than if we had just gone on our own.

We were lucky enough to take part in an unforgettable sunrise hike at the Three Peaks. With a great guide and delicious summit coffee, this experience was something very special. The several-hour hike required stamina, but rewarded us with a breathtaking sunrise. The breakfast that followed offered a varied selection for every taste. myTour organized everything perfectly. Highly recommended for nature lovers! 10/10.

  • Description: step-by-step instructions on how to redeem the voucher

How can a value voucher be redeemed?

  • Click on the experience of your choice
  • Select your preferred date and time.
  • Enter your contact information.
  • Enter your voucher code in the "Enter code" field.
  • Complete the booking by clicking on "Request appointment".
  • As soon as the provider agrees to the appointment, you will receive an e-mail with the valid ticket.

How can an experience voucher be redeemed?

  • Scan the QR code on your experience voucher or go to “Redeem voucher” in our menu.
  • Enter your voucher code.
  • Select your preferred date and time.
  • Enter your contact information.
  • Complete the booking by clicking on "Request appointment".
  • As soon as the provider agrees to the appointment, you will receive an e-mail with the valid ticket.

Can I postpone or cancel a booked appointment?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at team@my-tour.it. A postponement or cancellation of the appointment is possible free of charge within 8 calendar days before the tour.

The following cancellation fees apply from 7 days before the scheduled date:

  • 7 days to 48 hours before the tour: 20% of the ticket price.
  • Within 48 hours before the tour: 100 percent of the ticket price
  • No-show: 100% of the ticket price
How do I communicate any food allergies or intolerances during dining experiences?

Please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances at least 48 hours before the booked date. You will find contact details on the experience ticket or contact team@my-tour.it directly.

What should I do if bad weather is forecast?

Many experiences take place outdoors and are subject to weather conditions. If participation is dependent on certain weather conditions, we have included this information in the experience description.
If the experience cannot take place due to weather conditions, we will contact you via email or phone to clarify further procedures (e.g., rescheduling).

How long is a voucher valid for?

Experience vouchers are valid for one year, whereas value vouchers are valid for three years.

Can I rebook an experience voucher?

An experience voucher can be rebooked within its validity period, i.e. it can be converted into a value voucher with the corresponding equivalent value. This can then be used for all experiences.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time for the voucher box is approx. 4-5 working days.
